Beautiful hotel grounds but a little too remote for me.
Staff , amazing yes that includes James Bond Resort, well kept Kids loved the fish in the ponds Kids liked the bikes. Kids liked looking for wildlife at night Great for a very short break.
Hotel very isolated Having to pay higher than usual charges for taxis arranged by hotel. Need more transport options Breakfast selection could be better The gym is awful Lack of evening restaurants Beach is deserted. What a shame. Networking natai beach also very remote, honestly, there is nothing to do there.

Great resort but daily tourist spoil the tranquility
Love the resort the hotsprings and ice pool we go many times per year.
The resort now gets overcrowded with day visitors on day passes we will not be going back during high season

Well worth it, great staff and location.
Nice hot springs pools, great design and location.
Needs some repairs from aging especially rain proofing. Restaurant needs some improvement on the meals.
